You agree to indemnify Safer STEM from any claim arising from use of Content in the application. You agree that Safer STEM shall bear no responsibility for a violation in the terms of use of other sites whose content is used within the application.

Safer STEM makes every effort to insure that original sources receive attribution and are included in stories according to the terms of service of their originating site. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices of alleged copyright infringement. Our response to valid take down notices may include removing the infringing material and suspending user accounts. We will also contact the owner of the affected material so that they may make a counter notification.

You agree that any claim, action or proceeding arising out of these Terms of Service, or your use of the Website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Wyoming and must brought solely in a state or federal court in the state of Wyoming, and any appellate court from any thereof. You unconditionally submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts for any such action and waive, to the fullest extent you may legally and effectively do so, any objection or defense you may now or hereafter have (including without limitation the defense of an inconvenient forum) to the laying of venue in any such court of any such suit, action or proceeding.
